If your package is missing despite confirmed delivery, check all potential drop-off locations, such as porches, backyards, garages, or other areas where it could have been left. If your order has been processed, you may mark the package as "Return to Sender" and refuse the delivery. Alternatively, you can bring the unopened package back to the carrier and inform them you are refusing the delivery.

Once the shipping box is opened, all orders are considered used, and returns are not accepted at our warehouse. Please ensure the box remains sealed if you plan to return your order.
