Refund policy

Exchange or Return for Non-Quality Issues

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return it for an exchange or refund if there are no quality issues. Please contact our customer service department via email before returning any items. All accessories provided with the product, such as packaging boxes, batteries, and charging cables, must be returned together. If any accessories are missing, your return will not be accepted. If you are returning due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the replacement product.

 Please inspect your items upon receipt of your order. If the items are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it. If you are returning due to quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the replacement product.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

We want to remind you that the items we sell are designed for contact with certain parts of the body. We emphasize that once intimate products are opened and used, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect. Therefore, making a careful purchasing decision before opening and using intimate products is crucial.

Refunds

In the case of a refund, we guarantee that the funds will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned package. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. If we have approved your return and it has been more than 15 working days, please contact us.
