If you are wondering what the difference is between this doll and one perhaps half the price, the biggest difference besides the overall size and length dimensions is the weight and the stability of the frame. It just looks and feels FAR more like a real woman than anything else I've ever owned. What you are paying for with this particular doll is the weight, the size, the stability, and the flexibility. And trust me, those "features" are really important and are worth the extra money. The keys for me are the weight and stability. More weight means more resistance, which allows you to sample positions that you can't otherwise do with the smaller sized dolls.
As for the details of the doll, it is made with incredible quality and detail, as you would expect at this price point. The TPE material is AMAZING. It is so soft and provides an incredible level of realism. Try slapping the rear of this thing and it'll suspend your reality for a few moments (you won't believe it's not real). Also, try sticking your fingers in her intimate places and you also won't believe it's not real. The breasts have stunning detail, especially the cherries which feel as lifelike as you can possibly get (honestly I couldn't tell the difference from a real set if I was blindfolded and asked to compare, other than perhaps the temperature).
As I have come to expect with these dolls (especially at this price point), the holes are immaculate and amazing. Rest assured, you are getting FANTASTIC realism and detail in that area. The designers of these dolls know that, of course, the intimate parts are the area that you are most interested in, and so they deliver with amazing detail and realism. Not only are both holes INCREDIBLY satisfying in the feels department, but because of the amazing detail of the features, it's hard to tell at times that you are not with a real woman. I certainly don't lose anything in the feels department from that standpoint.
One of the best features, and another thing I LOVE about this doll, and that is absolutely crucial (again, for a larger sized guy like me) is the adjustability and leverage of the legs. The legs can twist and turn in several different angles (fwd, back, out, in), AND, this is the big thing, they can SPREAD OUT almost completely horizontal. You fellow big guys know how important it is from an access stand point for this feature. This also allows you to do all kinds of fun stuff with the doll and is absolutely critical for being able to achieve certain positions. You can experiment with lots of different angles and positions for both the doll and yourself. This for me makes the experience FAR more enjoyable and increases the (as we would call it in the video game world...) "playability" of the doll.
I will say that, due to the size of this doll, cleaning it is just a tad more difficult than comparable dolls at half the weight, simply because if you want to wash it with soap and water, you can no longer simply plop it in the sink to clean. You now have to essentially wash it down in a bathtub (that's what I do). This is to be expected of course (more size and realism = more effort to clean), so it is certainly no knock on the doll itself. Just understand that it will require just a slight bit more effort to clean than you might be used to with smaller toys/dolls.
All in all, this is by far the best doll I've ever bought from a usability and satisfaction standpoint.

I Was really iffy about buying this, but after getting it, I don't regret it at all. everything is perfect and it has movement so is You just like one position there you go, and it's heavy so feels very real.
