I'm writing this review for the benefit of anyone with prostate issues...
I've been having pain - down there - for almost a year and went to the doctor to be told that I have an inflamed prostate. That in and of itself was frustrating, because I have a very non-inflammatory diet, I'm not overweight, and I do exercise, but that was the diagnosis. Was referred to a urologist who did scans and scopes and ultrasounds and came to the same conclusion - no cancer, nothing bad, just your basic everyday enlarged prostate. That's fine, but the pain increased to the point of being unbearable. Meds weren't doing anything but masking the pain for a short period of time, so I hit the point of desperation.
A friend recommended giving prostate massage a try, and I ordered one of these. Within 3 uses my pain was gone, AND IT HAS NOT COME BACK a full month later. Capitalizing all those words for emphasis. After a year of pain, progressing to unbearable pain, three uses with this device and the pain is gone and I can live a normal life again.
I wasn't expecting much for $39, only because it seems $39 doesn't buy you much these days, but this is extremely well-made, it uses very nice materials and feels dramatically more expensive than the $39 I paid for it. +
I'm no expert on prostate issues, though the pain forced me to do a lot of research. I can't give any real advice on what others should do if they find themselves in the same shoes. All I can say is that after the doctors basically gave up on me - apparently the % of men with enlarged prostate is so high that this is almost a normalized thing and just not worth much medical time - I'm really glad my friend recommended I try one of these. I can't tell you exactly why it worked, only that I bought one, I used it, and now I am pain-free.
Just make sure you purchase an appropriate lubricant with it, go slow and try it more than once. If you're like me, this is going to be a foreign, if not anxious, thing to do. But it worked, so a 5-star review is warranted, and the device itself is worthy of 5 stars for the presentation and build quality as well.

I bought this as a straight man as I read messaging the prostrate would help my parts work a lot better and produce more natural lubricant . Both moters work great and it has actually opened my experience up to more then I expected giving me orgasms like I never knew existed ! Would like a little larger product next time but me and my girlfriend both really enjoy it . It stays charged enough time to get the job done for both of us ! Very comfortable. Great price
